Does who is telling the lie make it less a lie?

How is it that people who are willing to spend years and millions of dollars trying to prove that Hillary Clinton has lied in the past don't hold Donald Trump accountable for the lies he spews forth in public every day?

  1. This is a soft, off the top of my head response - - - Trump not held accountable because they don't actually take him seriously enough to believe that he could win. For some he drives revenue, readership or ratings. For others holding him accountable would take resources that in the long run wouldn't be necessary because he won't be elected. I was finding it easy to believe that he could actually be taken seriously. My discomfort level has risen greatly, although I still find it hard to believe he could be elected. However, with the volatility issues that the Sanders campaign has had the last week or so, worry sets in regarding how the Democratic party is being viewed and what will happen at their convention. What a mess !! If I didn't absolutely know that every vote counts, I would really just prefer to bury my head in the sand and resurface in February 2017 to see what happened. #2 hockey playing son sees Canada as his refuge.
